Why does one yoghurt feel indulgent and another feel like a chore? Why does a shampoo earn loyalty while a near-identical one gets forgotten? The answers live in sensory science: the discipline of measuring, mapping, and understanding human experience.
I started Sencore because I wanted to bring that rigour to brands in a way that actually moves the needle. Not reports that gather dust. Not data without direction. Real insight that product teams can act on and that changes what ends up in a consumer’s cupboard, on their skin, or in their home.
Today, I lead a team that shares that obsession. We work with brands who care deeply about what they make, and who want to understand their products the way their consumers do — viscerally, honestly, completely.
