Consumers can’t always tell you why they prefer something — but their behaviour, reactions, and language reveal it clearly when you know how to listen. Consumer research is our practice of uncovering those truths and turning them into direction for your team. We work at two distinct stages:

Exploratory Research

helps you shape a product before it exists — testing concepts, exploring flavour or fragrance directions, and co-designing with the consumers who’ll eventually buy it.

Validation Research

protects a product you’ve already got — checking that reformulations, cost-saving changes, or regulatory tweaks haven’t weakened what consumers love.

Sensory Science

Human perception is more measurable than most people realise. Trained panels, properly designed studies, and the right analytical approach can map a product’s sensory profile with remarkable precision — every note, every texture shift, every difference a consumer will feel but might never articulate.

Sensory Analysis
